100% natural olives juice of the "picual" variety, without any blend, and with no additives. Obtained from the cold-press with natural static decantation (without filter) under an inert atmosphere.

The centrifugation free process keeps the fragrance of this oil intact, as well as its antioxidants and vitamins complexes.

This oil is the exclusive production of a private farm which has an old tradition in cultivating, harvesting and elaborating olives. Their careful and professional dedication dates since 1850.

All the steps involved in the preparation of this oil are entirely ecological, including the cultivation and fertilization. This is to guarantee the super ecological quality of our olive oil.

The olives are picked up daily, and are guaranteed to be cold-pressed within 2 hours: this is made possible by the local installation of the farm.

Each olive oil goes to a different barrel in a store where it is then selected depending on the fragrance, freshness, acidity and tone. Giving us the choice between a soft and an intense taste.

The olive is cultivated and its oil elaborated with eco-aware methods protecting the environment.
