The elaboration process of this oil is based on the traditional agriculture and special care is given to the fruit from the beginning until the end.

The fruit is processed just at its maturation stage, pressed by natural mechanical means that keep its smell and the taste. Each olive oil goes to a different barrel in a store where it is then selected depending on the fragrance, freshness, acidity and tone.
